Your systems should talk. properly.
Shopify to NetSuite. Amazon to NetSuite. Zoho to NetSuite — and every one of them in reverse. We build the integration around your process instead of forcing your process into a connector template, then hand you the source code.
A connector that covers 80% leaves you a job for life.
The last 20% is never the easy 20% — it's the bundles, the settlements, the subsidiary rules and the one custom record your whole operation runs on.
Built, shipped, running.
Three pairs we build most often — each one bidirectional, each one scoped to the flows your business actually runs. Every arrow below works in both directions when your process needs it to.
We also connect
Pair not listed? If it has an API or speaks EDI, we can wire it. Tell us the two systems and what has to move between them.
Boring, on purpose.
An integration's job is to be uneventful. Ours are event-driven, idempotent and observable — the three properties that decide whether you trust the numbers at period close.
Capture
Webhooks, notifications and scheduled pulls land every event in a durable queue. Nothing depends on a cron job that happened to be awake.
Transform
Your mapping rules, versioned in code — dedupe keys, tax treatment, discount allocation, currency and subsidiary routing.
Write
Idempotent lookup-then-upsert against the target system, rate-limit aware, ordered per record so a retry can never duplicate.
Reconcile
Every run is counted and compared. Mismatches raise an alert and land in an exception queue with the fix documented.
Engineering, not middleware rent.
Everything below ships with every engagement — including the parts most integrations skip until they break in production.
Field-mapping specification
Record by record, field by field, signed off by ops and finance before code. You keep it even if you never build.
Idempotency everywhere
Every write is a lookup-then-upsert on a stable external ID. Replays and re-syncs are safe by construction.
Queues, retries, dead letters
Transient API failures retry with backoff. Permanent ones alert and wait for a human — they never vanish.
Reconciliation reports
Counts and totals compared across both systems on a schedule, so a drift is a report, not a discovery.
Exception queue with a UI
Unmapped SKUs, failed writes and conflicts land somewhere your ops team can actually see and resolve.
Source code and runbook
In your repository, in your cloud account, with the documentation to run it without us.
The honest comparison.
Prebuilt connector suites — Celigo, Boomi, Jitterbit and the rest — are a good answer for plenty of teams, and we'll say so on the call. Here's where each approach actually wins.
| Dimension | Prebuilt connector suite | Custom build with us |
|---|---|---|
| Time to first flow | Days. Switch on a template and map the standard fields. | Weeks. We map your process first, then build to it. |
| Fit to your process | Excellent where your process matches the template's schema. | Built around how you actually operate, including the exceptions. |
| Cost shape | Recurring subscription, often per flow, endpoint or record volume. | One-off build, then hosting plus an optional support retainer. |
| Who fixes an edge case | A support ticket, scored against the vendor's roadmap. | Your team or ours — the source code is in your repository. |
| Custom records & fields | Supported within the connector's extension points. | No boundary. Custom NetSuite records, SuiteScript and bespoke logic are first-class. |
| Data ownership | Records transit the vendor's platform under their terms. | Runs in your cloud account, under your security review. |
| Maintenance burden | Vendor absorbs API changes — a real advantage. | Ours under retainer, or yours. We document and hand over either way. |
| Best when | Standard flows, small ops team, speed beats precision. | Complex operations, high volume, or a connector that already left 20% manual. |
Most of our integration clients run both: a connector for the standard flows, and a custom service for the ones it was never going to cover.
Handed over, not hosted hostage.
Every engagement ends with artifacts you own and can run without us. No licence key, no per-record fee, no lock-in.
Integration build
Fixed-scope build quoted after the mapping workshop, then an optional support retainer. We don't quote integration work off a first call — the flows decide the price.

Before you ask.
Integration projects fail on decisions, not code. These are the decisions worth making before anyone opens an editor.
Should we buy a connector or build one?
Buy when your flows are standard and you'd rather pay someone else to keep up with API changes — Celigo, Boomi and Jitterbit are good at that. Build when the connector leaves a manual process behind, when volume makes per-record pricing painful, or when a custom NetSuite record sits in the middle of your operation. We'll tell you honestly which one you are; we've talked clients out of a build more than once.
Can you work alongside our existing iPaaS?
Yes. A common shape is keeping the connector for the standard order flow and having us build the settlement reconciliation, B2B pricing or custom-record logic it can't reach. We integrate with what's there rather than demanding a rebuild.
Who owns the integration when it's done?
You do. Source code in your repository, running in your cloud account, with documentation and a runbook. No licence, no per-record fee, and no hostage situation if you stop working with us.
What does it cost to run?
Usually tens of dollars a month in cloud spend for a typical mid-market order volume, because the workload is small and bursty. The real ongoing cost is maintenance, which you can retain us for or take in-house.
How do you handle security and access?
Least-privilege API credentials scoped to the records we touch, secrets in your secret manager, encrypted in transit and at rest, and PII retained only where a flow genuinely needs it. We'll go through your security review — most of our clients have one.
What if an API changes or a sync breaks at 2am?
Failures queue and retry with backoff; anything that exhausts retries lands in a dead-letter queue and raises an alert. Under a support retainer we respond to those alerts. Without one, your team gets the same alerts and a runbook that tells them what to do.
Do you do the discovery, or do we need a spec first?
We do it. The mapping workshop is the first deliverable of every engagement — record by record, field by field, with ops and finance in the room. You keep that document whether or not you continue with the build.
Can you migrate us from one system to another as well as integrate?
Yes. Migration and integration usually arrive together — dual-running two systems during a cutover is just an integration with an end date. We've done both directions across commerce, ERP and CRM.
